PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE
MOLOS.ICM
HOW DOES IT WORK?
How MOLOS.ICM Works
The MOLOS.ICM solution is dedicated to rotating machines such as motors, pumps, and fans. By utilizing vibration spectrum analysis combined with temperature monitoring, algorithms determine both the current condition and calculate the RUL (Remaining Useful Lifetime) of the equipment. This coefficient can be calculated for the entire machine or for specific components (e.g., bearings or gearboxes), depending on the applied instrumentation.
BENEFITS
Conduct a digital transformation in predictive management of your critical infrastructure by leveraging IoT, modern instrumentation, and machine learning algorithms.
Less production downtime
Prevent the costs of unplanned production downtime and optimize the management of spare parts inventory.
Optimization of maintenance policy
Optimize the scheduling of repairs and inspections based on the actual technical condition of the equipment.
Greater energy efficiency
Keep machines operating at optimal parameters and save up to 20% on electricity consumption.
Lower maintenance costs
Save up to 30% on maintenance costs through remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.
